1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to website design, e-commerce, website maintenance, SEO, marketing, social media management, hosting services, and any other services provided by RhemaTech.

1.2 By making payment for any of our services, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.

 

2. Payments

2.1 Online Check-Out: Full payment must be made, and funds must clear in our bank account before any work will commence. Proof of payment is required to support the clearance.

2.2 Web Design Services: A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin the project for direct dealings only. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before the final handover. This 50% deposit policy does not apply to online customers.

2.3 Marketing Services: Payments for marketing services are due in full by the last day of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

2.4 Hosting Services: Payments for hosting services are due as per the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of hosting.

2.5 All payments must clear in our bank account before any work or service commences. Failure to adhere to our payment terms may result in the cancellation or suspension of services with or without prior notice at the discretion of RhemaTech.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 A 30-day cancellation notice is required for any ongoing services. This period allows for the proper termination of services without disruption.

3.2 Cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior in writing to clarissa@rhematech.co.za.

 

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All designs, content, and materials created by RhemaTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

4.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and will result in legal action.

 

5. Service Delivery

5.1 We strive to deliver high-quality services within the agreed timelines. However, unforeseen delays may occur, and we will communicate promptly if adjustments are needed.

5.2 Changes to project scope or requirements may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 RhemaTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, data loss, or service interruptions.

6.2 While we implement best practices for security, we are not responsible for breaches resulting from third-party actions or negligence.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate service delivery.

7.2 Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to applicable legislative measures as per South African laws.
